Wagon and wheel barrows transformed by children with their parents help, using chicken wire and paper napkins. I can't forget the cards clothes pined to tricycle spokes and crape paper streamers. The Primary parade was held on Ward neighborhoods streets in conjunction with the 24th of July Pioneer celabration in Utah.
