Ensign lived, served, worked in Logan, UT / France / Galt, CA / Salt Lake City, UT / Alaska.
He died 28 Nov 1967 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, UT.

Ensign was the son of Isaac SMITH (1857-1914) and Harriet Camilla ENSIGN (1859-1930).

Amy Ella HAWES was born 25 Dec 1887 Logan, Cache, UT and died 25 Jun 1971 Salt Lake City, UT.

Ella married second Charles Horald MONSON (1897-1972) 27 Jan 1970 in Salt Lake City, UT.
Charles' first wife was Ortencia Hendricks MERRILL (1898-1969).

Ella was the daughter of Herbert Henry HAWKES (1869-1948) and Sarah Amy JONES (1875-1952).

Amy SMITH ISAKSEN the oldest child of George Ensign and Amy Ella HAWKES SMITH
and her husband Henry Leo ISAKSEN son of Martin Jensen a nd Micolene Johanne PEDERSEN ISAKSEN. (Henry's parents are also buried at Sunset Lawn.)
