She was quite elderly when she was accused, and had been married to Thomas Bradbury for 55 years in 1692. Her execution was delayed, even when those convicted alongside her at trial were executed. What I have read said her execution expired when the witch trials were debunked and discontinued, so she sort of outlived it. She died of natural causes 8 years later in 1700.Deb Stoverhttps://www.debstover.com/books.htmlnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4106514857629285784.post-47176025189330994972015-04-24T13:41:11.165-07:002015-04-24T13:41:11.165-07:00John Osgood and Mary Clements Osgood were my 7th g...John Osgood and Mary Clements Osgood were my 7th great grandparents, through their daughter Sarah who married Thomas Perley.

Interesting to find links in common in today's world.knitknoteshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11804431793664760135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4106514857629285784.post-6029499264180429262014-10-28T09:10:28.111-07:002014-10-28T09:10:28.111-07:00I am a direct descendanat of Mary Esty, an 8th gre...I am a direct descendanat of Mary Esty, an 8th great granddaughter, and I am very interested in the family history. I am researching everything I can find in order to feel that I have exhausted the known information on the family, just for my own knowledge. She and her sisters, were such intelligent and pious women, to be taken from their families, as they were, and not believed, makes me heartsick. I only wish to pass on their brave response to this injustice, to my children and grandchildren, so that they may be proud of their heritage.Linda Bnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4106514857629285784.post-73711338132624552892011-10-17T11:56:13.512-07:002011-10-17T11:56:13.512-07:00The more I read your blog, the more cousin connect...The more I read your blog, the more cousin connections I find. I'm also descended of Robert Clements and Lydia Drummer, of John Proctor and his 1st wife Martha, and of Edmond Towne (brother to Rebecca Nurse, Sarah Cloyce and Mary Easty). I live on land that was once a Towne family farm. Down the road is a sawmill owned by a Easty/Esty descendant.Heather Wilkinson Rojohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17704949156266722016noreply@blogger.com
